Stopped by on our way home from Skye to have a bald tyre replaced. We were seen to very quickly and had the job done within 30 minutes, well priced serviced and very helpful. Interpersonal skills were a little lacking but unless you go to your mechanic for a gossip you should be well taken care of.

Been twice won't use again. Prices are good and fast work however the customer service is shocking . Can't answer a phone properly . Don't have prices to hand when you ask and will go ahead and do extra work without advising first! A £100 Bill turned to £168 and they just presumed I must have had extra money to cover it . I could have got a second opinion elsewhere or a mechanic somewhere else to fix but no they just went ahead then told me this is what happens with cars and my cars old making me feel like I had no option to pay! Is that even legal to just go ahead with extra work and cost without telling customer first . Not on will not use and warn others that were awaiting to know how the service was . If that hadn't have happened I would rate them good but really annoyed at that

I bought a tire from this garage and had it fitted onto my car. When I drove the car afterwards the car was pulling a lot to the right. As I do not know all that much about cars i took it to another garage to get it checked where i was told that the replacement tire was what was causing the car to pull to the right. This was easily fixed by putting the wheels from the rear of the car onto the front of the car as they already had matching treads. I felt that the £146 that i had paid for the single tire in skyfit was rather expensive and would have been quite happy with the service had i been told upon purchasing the tire that it might have caused this problem. I phoned the garage to tell them what had happened and found that the manger simply didn't want to hear about it and was quite rude. While i would have been quite happy with a simple apology the manager instead told me that my call wouldn't make a sh**e of difference to how he ran his business and that i was wasting his time.
